Florals
A sassy, out-of-the-ordinary floral studio based in Westminster, Colorado that creates arrangements that look like one-of-a-kind pieces of art.
WHERE
WE STARTED
Courtney initially reached out about a Shopify website design as well as looking for some foundational brand identity.
Her brand was unconventional and sassy and she wanted a site that not only reflected how she stood out but also made the shopping experience for her clients smooth and easy.
She also wanted brand identity that would kickstart her new business, that she could use for packaging and that immediately reflected the vibe she was going for!

The Shopify website
HOW WE SOLVED IT-
→A special section on the homepage that made recommendations for arrangements based on personality- making it easy to shop and taking away decision fatigue for customers.
→A main navigation option to "Shop by personality"
→A main navigation option to "Shop by personality"
Because Petals to the Metal isn't just your average florist,
we uncovered that her customers often pick a bouquet based on the person the personality of the loved one they are buying it for and will often ask for Courtney's input on what arrangement would suit best.
Since Courtney's bouquets are inventive, thoughtful and one-of-a-kind pieces of floral art, and her customers love that she creates arrangements reflective of emotion; using color, texture and palette to send their message via flowers.

HOW WE SOLVED IT-
An App that allowed customers to choose a delivery date and input all the order info such as special requests, message etc.
We also customized these forms on the product page for each of the different types of products ( eg. regular bouquets vs. wedding arrangements vs. everlasting dried florals) so she could gather *exactly* what she needed for each case!

Courtney mentioned wanting to reduce all the admin work and back and forth of requesting specific details after customers had placed their orders. We also wanted to make it really easy for her to gather all the info she needed right away.
Eliminating unecessary admin
