We started out with doing a deep dive into where  the gaps with actually making sales via the website were. 

We did this by surveying their customers, and looking at how customers were currently browsing the site and where drop offs were happening. 

We reimagined the site to be bold, colorful, and engaging, just like Jenny Lemons’ products and integrated Jennie’s journey, press mentions, and brand voice throughout. 

We added in interactive elements – Fun hover effects, animations, and a lively layout to craft a shopping experience for the customer that felt immersive + smooth. 

1. A Fun, Interactive Shopping Experience BACKED BY Stronger storytelling + positioning:

We added features that helped move the sale along and were targeted to answer specific questions their customers had. This helped to reduce friction and simplify checkout flows.


2. Conversion-Optimized Product Pages BASED ON RESEARCHED CUSTOMER BEHAVIOUR

We recommended and set up apps that automate review requests post-purchase and crafted and automated, simple-but-highly-effective flow for collecting photo and video reviews.

The result? In just three months, we generated 640+ new reviews including 38 photo/video reviews which will continue to help future sales by adding valuable trust signals to the site.
