Working from home can get lonely and quiet ( not including parents that had to work from home in 2020 while also managing 3 kids, two dogs and a cat- because I assume you have anything but quiet in that case!) . I’ve been working from home for close to two years now and even before- I’ve always loved tuning in to podcasts through the workday- it helps me concentrate and actually get things done quicker!

CRIME JUNKIE – TRUE CRIME PODCAST
Don’t judge me for putting in a True Crime podcast first, ok? I love true crime and I’ve been listenting to Crime Junkie for atleast 4 years and have also got multiple friends hooked on it! The hosts Brit and Ashley cover tru crime cases in a story-telling format and always have me at the edge of my seat. I usually use headphones because it freaks my husband out! lol
2. THREE GIRLS, ONE KEITH- AMY SCHUMER
The one usually has be laughing my face off ! Comedian Amy Schumer hosts it with a bunch of her comedian friends and there is a lot of inappropriate, what-did-he-just-say style commentary the is NSFW which is probably for the best since you’re working from home by yourself anyway right? 😉
3. WHERE SHOULD WE BEGIN – ESTHER PEREL
This is a relationship podcast that I’ve listened to a few seasons of! Esther Perel is a relationship Expert/Couples Counsellor/Therapist and the episodes and anonymous style sessions- you get to listen in on an actual session and Esther Perel is great at asking questions that really dig deep! The episodes are pretty heavy emotionally though so be warned!
4. THE OFFICE LADIES- JENNA FISCHER & ANGELA KINSEY
If you’re a fan of the TV show “The Office” , you’ll love this podcast! Jenna Fisher( Pam) and Angela Kinsey ( Angela) have such great chemistry and have an episode about each episode of the show where they take you behind the scenes and tell you funny stories from filming and from the cast. There’s guest appearences by directors and other cast members and it always makes me laugh!
Great for pretty much anytime!
5. LUSCIOUS LIVING PODCAST- SELIN BILGIN
This is one I’ve only recently started listening to! Selin is my nutritionist and she has a podcast and I love her approach to health and nutrition! She focuses on holistic health and since my health is something I’m always working on , I love tuning in and learning something that helps me make small tweaks in my health journey
